Concert with a lot of premières
April 6, 2012 - The place called "SuperMarkt" was crowded when Grande-Duchesse
played a seven
song set last Wednesday.
Four of them hadn't been in a GD show before, among which one cover of my
own former band Palatch.
Together with Rob van Berlo, I presented the new single as well, 2 Nite My

It was written in 1996 en rediscovered on an old tape, it's called '2Nite My
Baby', it was coproduced and mixed by Rob van Berlo, it will be on a future album
with early work called Break The Ice, it requires dancing shoes!,
it deals with jealousy and sex and it will premiere April
4! From April 5 on,

January 15, 2012 - Do you remember those songs, timeless classics such
as Friend
in the dark, Transemotional or Agamemnon's Dream? Of course you don't,
because I never played them in front of an audience. Looking for something
else I discovered three half-forgetten cassette tapes with 36 different
songs, recorded during the years 1992-1996, long before I decided to
perform as Grande-Duchesse. I dreamt of releasing a debut album called
'Break the Ice'. And actually, I'm thinking of re-recording a couple
of them and releasing them later on.
